The Alberta SuperRun Association is a registered not-for-profit
association dedicated to the preservation and
promotion of the cars, music and culture of the
50s, 60s & 70s.
We are governed by a volunteer committee appointed by our
host-member car clubs from across the province
and produce the Rock'n Red Deer
show on a tri-yearly schedule.
Over 850 hot rods, customs and classic 50s, 60s
& 70s cruisers
on display to a public attendance of over 15,000. Some of
the weekend highlights are a Friday night 'Cruise-in' that transforms downtown Red Deer
into a time warp, vintage black & white movies for our
registered participants at
our drive-in movie at the Westerner Park show site plus an outdoor
stage with continuous live entertainment all day Saturday and
Sunday.
Saturday night is reserved for the 2,500
registered participants and invited guests for a fabulous
Alberta beef dinner. Then Rock Your Socks off to the best rock 'n roll show bands in
the land.
